1. Purpose

The Wood Competition aims to promote artistic excellence, financially support young vocalists, and encourage young local singers in vocal music.

2. Participants

Any Louisiana high school student in their sophomore, junior, or senior year as of October 4, 2024.

3. Deadlines

Application submission via https://www.woodvocalcompetition.com/form (including audio and visual YouTube submissions).

The submission deadline is 9 PM, May 1, 2025.

4. Announcement of Winners

The winners will be announced May 9, 2025.
